Working with laminate...

You gotta get one of these to properly flush
the screws.  Drill then flip it to set the screw.

this is how you get a sheet of laminate home in a 4 door!

lay wood dowels down so you can lay the
laminate on top of it when doing the final line up.

get the flammable cement.  the water
based will take waaayy to long.

one on the right will gum up on the bearing.

first part completed.  it was easier than I thought.

this is how strong the cement was! 
I couldn't get the dowel out and it broke!

tape up the edge when routering over areas already laminated.  the bit will ride the tape and won't scratch up the laminate.

remember to reapply the glue (especially the edges) after the first layer dries.  One layer seaps into the MDF and the other completes it.
