You gotta get one of these to properly flush
the screws. Drill then flip it to set the screw.

tape up the edge when routering over areas
already laminated. the bit will ride the tape and won't scratch up
the laminate.

remember to reapply the glue (especially the
edges) after the first layer dries. One layer seaps into the MDF and
the other completes it.
